伸縮式熱風(fēng)循環(huán)隧道烘箱是指爐盤可自由伸縮、同時(shí)網(wǎng)鏈旋轉(zhuǎn)傳輸被加熱物料的熱風(fēng)循環(huán)隧道加熱設(shè)備，具有節(jié)能、效率高、升溫快、應(yīng)用范圍廣的顯著特點(diǎn)。爐盤伸縮可直接將被加熱物體送入壓機(jī)模壓成型，可以節(jié)省機(jī)器人或人工取料，還可以避免機(jī)器人針刺機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)較軟材質(zhì)的損傷。

The retractable heated air circulation tunnel oven refers to the heated air circulation tunnel heating device which fixes the heated object through furnace plate and transmits heated material in a rotary manner through net chain; it is superior in terms of energy conservation, efficiency, temperature rise and application scope. The retractable furnace plate can send the heated object directly into the pressing mold for shaping, which could avoid mechanical or manual feeding and protect soft materials from being damaged by mechanical piercing mechanism.
